Hi everyone i have just finished cbt 121 therapy and its not worked. Im now going on group cbt therapy for my anxiety. My ocd is so bad. Im a checker. I check plugs doors the oven and windows. I do this before i go out and before bed without fail. If i dont it sets me to have a anxiety attack. For my anxiety i am on 40mg of propranalol 3 times a day. These are ok as i had bad side effects with sertaline. I m just wondering if anyone else has ocd and checks things like i do.
