Bipolar psych assessment - what to expect?

I'm going for a psych assessment on Monday for suspected mild bipolar. I'm lucky - if it is bipolar, it's pretty mild and is largely manageable. I'm still really nervous though - can anyone tell me what to expect or what the process is? Thanks in advance.
