Please recommend a London therapist

I suffer from anxiety and depression and although I am well medicated, I would like to try some talking therapy to deal with the underlying issues.

I have had a course of psychotherapy with the NHS a few years back but didn't hit it off too well with the therapist (she was a trainee and didn't seem to know what to say). I also did a CBT course through IAPT, which was great.

Can anyone recommend a good therapist in London? Thank you very much in advance.

London is large, and you'd do best to find somewhere near(ish) to you. If you look for "find a therapist" or similar on the BACP website, you can search by distance to you. I don't recommend seeing someone in the next street, but if they're on the other side of town it's a really difficult commitment to make.

Thanks for replying, I'm after a personal recommendation and am happy to travel.
