Help! I feel so on edge

Feeling anxious. Please help me. Posted this in chat but might belong better here.

I'm feeling very anxious all the time at the moment.

Today I'm anxious because my 8 year old son's grandfather bought him a bike that was too big. I didn't realise it was too big and I let him ride round the corner with 11 year old dd.

He was wobbly on it and when I found out a car beeped at him i banned him from riding it. I've now got to tell his grandfather that he isn't allowed to ride the new £300 bike he bought him, so I'm anxious about that too. I am worried that when he visits his grandparents' they might let him ride up and down their cul de sac and he might get hurt.
I feel like a bad parent. Last night.i was panicky as my walls have marks on the paintwork. I'm panicky as dd 1 is having a sleepover with a new friend.
It can be something different all the time but it's horrid.

Sounds horrible for you. You sound like an awesome parent. This will pass. Are you taking meds? Tried meditation? Anything else help? Do you have support?

I think I might be anaemic so I'm going to see what my blood test comes back with. I'm not taking any meds though sertraline has helped in the past.

Is it worth trying the sertraline again as well as chasing up the bloods?
