I have just bought some of these as I'm feeling quite low at the moment. I was on sertraline up until a few months ago but came off them. I have bought some SJW from Tesco and the dosage is 250mg once a day, however reading some of the posts on here dosage really varies? Boots own are 425mg, once a day? I'm not sure how much I should be taking?? does 250mg even touch the sides?!
