Just that really. Flicking through websites at a really high rate trying to calm my agitation. Not working. Need a distraction so that brain can calm. Help.

There's a game called "flow" and I find it great for distraction. It's too easy at small grid sizes but gets more challenging. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_Free

Thank you will give it a go. Really hate it when this happens.

I get this too. No real advice from me but just remind yourself that this will pass, just think of the relief when it does Flowers

I've started Duolingo. The sections are short enough to concentrate on and you can stop start. I find it helps to calm me down and fills my mind.

I can't help to calm you easily but wanted you to know you are not alone. I feel so agitated at the moment. Common sense tells me it will pass. But I sympathise. It's a pain like no other.
I hope you feel more settled now and sleep well.

It's all the shit that's happening in the heavens. The sun and moon, plants in retrograde carry on.

It'll pass in a few days. A lot of people are feeling a bit wonky apparently.

I hope so. I find myself over analysing things when I get like this.

I did get some sleep just now but my dh came back and wanted to know if I had fed the dog. Awake again.
