Coping on really low days

Having a really low episode. Went to the docs yesterday and they have upped my Sertraline and also referred me to Maternity Mental Health, as I am pregnant.
The doctor did say I could take a really low dose of Diazepam if I get extremely low.
I suffer from Anxiety and Depression and had a bad episode in April. It has reared its ugly head again, and I can't seem to keep it at bay.
I have a really good life which I love, but I can't cope with feeling like this anymore. I honestly don't want to be here. I just don't know how to carry on 😔

How are you today? It's good that you have support from your GP and that they have refered you on. Have they given you an out of hours number for crisis team? If not you should be able to find it online or through your local hospital switchboard. If you are worried about keeping yourself safe you can go to A&E and they will help you stay safe and get you an emergency assessment from the mental health team.

Do you have anyone in rl who you can talj to about how you are feeling?
