My friend is cutting herself again because of being shouted at and verbally abused by people near where she lives. They've found out about her mental health issues and rather than stop and leave her alone, they're now shouting and saying more insults at her. She's now started cutting herself again as there is no support available. What can I do to help. The local Mind and charities don't offer anything.
