My friend has had ongoing problems with her neighbours being verbally abusive. They've found out about her mental health issues because she's posted on here: they're now using this as an excuse to shout more abuse at her. She has a history of harming herself and has now started cutting herself again because of all this. What can I do to help? She's a single mother by herself and has no way of moving. There is no medical help available and the police haven't taken her seriously.
