Long term health anxiety / every kind of sodding anxiety sufferer.
I have a summer cold, annoying but no big deal. However i have a horrible itching/prickling/crawling sensation in my face, arms and legs. It's worrying me. I've taken antihistamine last night so can take another tonight and I've applied eurax. No visible rash.
The anxiety me is stressing out royally.
