Feeling low

Hi. I'm feeling really low today. I drank last night which probably doesn't help things.

I came off mirtazapine a few days ago cold turkey. I hope to lose some weight and was hoping stopping mirtazapine would allow me to. I hope I'm not having withdrawals or anything.

I'm still on citalopram 20mg. I'm hoping this is enough to get me through life.

How do I make myself feel better?

Is anyone there? Feeling pretty desperate.

Well I'm feeling better today. I think I've learned not to drink. I felt pretty miserable yesterday. I'm gonna stop drinking. I don't want to feel like that again. I would say my mood is a 4 out of 10. Much better than yesterday. Oh well, I'm probably talking to myself since no one has replied to the thread.

Hey. I didn't want to read and run off. Sorry to hear that you're feeling down. I don't know what you're going through but at a guess if say drinking doesn't help. It's a fairly nice day outside (in London anyway lol) take yourself out for a stroll or give yourself a little manicure. Treat yourself. Have a good day.

I'm reading. How long have you been on the mirtzapine? Glad your mood is better today Flowers

Thankyou both for replying. I've been on the mirtazapine for about six months. I feel like the time is right to stop it. My CPN knows that I've done this.

I feel much better today. My CPN has warned me about drinking. It was the first time I'd had a big drink in a few months.
