I don't know how to hold on ny more. I don't know how to overcome this dark dark feeling which is constant and unrelenting.
I'm not actively suicidal, I'm not trying to worry anyone, but I don't want to feel it all anymore. I want to get better.
Can anyone give m any advice

Hi, you need to see your GP, they can help. If you don't think that you can keep yourself safe tonight then go to A&E and they will help you stay safe and get you an assessment.

Also you can call samaritans 116 123 or email [email protected] for support.

Hi there, sorry you're feeling low. For myself the book 'Feeling Good the New Mood Therapy' by Dr David Burns has been a godsend. All his books are superb, but this one is a great start. Do the simple CBT exercises within the book, they really do lift you out of the darkness X

I see my gp lots, and the mental health team. I don't know what the next step is but they don't seem to be able to help me. I've been on so many different anti depressants and ptsd drugs. None work. I have lost all hope and I just want to be able to hold on for tomorrow but each day is terrifying and so exhausting.
