How do I get through this

2 weeks ago we buried my 30 yo brother, he hung himself.
He sustained an injury playing a sport he loved, and couldn't cope with the limitations the injury inflicted on him so chose to leave us all.

My mum (who has dementia) is blissfully unaware most of the time, my 13 yo daughter is totally bereft as they were as thick as thieves, his LT girlfiend is wasting away in front of my eyes.

My dad is broken completely broken and I am scared for him.

How the hell do I get them through this.

I know I am not going to get through it, but want to get them all to a place where they can cope with it.

My sincere condolencesFlowers
The only thing you can do is to keep on going one hour at a time, one day at a time.
Be kind to yourself and try to see it from your brother's point of view he just couldn't cope.
Perhaps if you repost this in the bereavement section someone with personal experience may be better able to advise you.
Keep talking and vent on here. Someone is always listening and can sympathise with your huge loss.
