Hello i am concern about my husband behaviour lately he stays late nights without telling with colleagues drinking or stay in friend house until early morning . He knows I am hurt he cant understand his behaviour cant talk to me lately much just messages telling me he is sorry and he want to kill himself . Its been going on for a while i just ignore him I have ask for divorce he does not want always begging me he will change . He texted me that he want to kill himself dont know where to turn how to help him where he can get help I am woried about the suicidal though . please help

If he is actively suicidal now take him to A&E they can get him further assessment and keep him safe. If he won't go and you thinl he is in danger of harming himself then call 999.

If it is less immediate then he needs to see his GP. You can also speak to his GP about your concerns. He can't tell you anything confidential, but he should listen to your concerns then act accordingly. Out of hours you can call 111 they have sent a GP out to see my husband at home in the past.
