I don't know where to get help. I don't know what crisis point is, I feel so unwell and I need help but I don't know where to find it

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. Have you thought about talking to Samaritans! I'm so sorry I can't offer you better advice but hopefully someone wiser will be along soon.
Would it help to talk a bit more about what's going on at the moment?
