In the US - who can I email for support?

It's nearly 10pm in the UK. I need MH support. Who can I email - who will reply? Or what can I do?

You can email the samaritans on [email protected] I guess you would have a while to wait for a reply though.

Thank you. Yes, I believe samaritans take a little while to reply (not a complaint - they are brilliant).
I am at a conference. I should be somewhere else right now, but I'm sitting in my room staring into space wanting to climb into bed and sleep and cry.

I arrived on Tues, had an ok day tues and wed, but Thur was terrible.

I have ongoing MH issues for which I am getting help for, but I am away from my environment and my coping mechanisms.

If you want to climb into bed then I think you should. Tell the relevant people that you've come down with a sickness bug.
