Anxiety woes

I do suffer from anxiety a bit, but the past couple of days it's been horrible.
I think it's because I was reading all about the tower fire the other day, as since then it's been horrible.
What if scenarios going through my head over things.
Today - "panicky" feeling, short of breath, bit shaky.
It feels like it's been going on all day which it never has before.
Tell me it passes soon, and any tips to make it stop more than welcome! Smile

I'm afraid I don't really have any help, I just didn't want to read and run. Hopefully this will bump for others who may know more.

My husband has just worked through some anxiety and it really helped him to talk about what he was anxious about and normalise it and realise it was nothing to be anxious over. I wouldn't say this happened over night and we did spend a lot of time discussing the same subject but he seems to be coming out other end now. So I'm sure there is a way out for you as wel.

Is there anyone you can talk to in real life? Have you seen GP?
