Hi. I am feeling anxious, closed in and a bit hopeless. This has really happened after a counselling session at the weekend. I've tried all the usual distraction, acting opposite, mindfulness, self talk and not really perking up much yet.
Anyone have any good tips or reassuring words I'd be grateful thanks

Warm bath and something funny from BBC iPlayer Radio on your phone?

Some sessions can really stir things up x

Thankyou. I had a bath and went in the garden very slightly better.

Mark Watson Makes the World Substantially Better (from 2008) - intelligent and gentle humour as I recall. Nice for bedtime.

Hope you're calmer and/or having a peaceful night's sleep Smile
