Which ad gives the least side effects?

I need something but I'm absolutely phobic of medication. Two days of citalopram at 10mg landed me in a&e. I stopped immediately.

I need it for panic attacks/GAD/PMT which in turn are triggers for chronic migraine. Thanks.

That is not a straight forward question as different people react differently to different ADs so the answer will differ for each individual. The best person to discuss this with would be your GP.
