I'm currently taking 30 mg per day. I've just read some information stating that the dosage should be 10 - 20 mg per day.

Would anyone mind telling me what their dosage is, please? Flowers

My son is 13 - takes 15 mg

That is a high dose. I used to take 10mg a day as an equivalent to 20mg citalopram. So that is equivalent to 60mg citalopram - id be catatonic i think.

How long have you been taking them?

I started on 10mg, it didn't really help. It was increased to 20mg and has helped a lot.

Thanks guys.

A few weeks, LEM. The GP increased my dose from 20 mg because I was still exhibiting symptoms of 'major depression'.

I don't feel great, tbh. Sad

My doctor said she would go up to 30/40 for a patient but once it got to 40 she would try something different as it may not be the right medication for the patient if the dose needed to be that high.

I'm only on 10mg but it's not agreeing with my stomach. Can't imagine 30.

Sorry you are feeling so bad. Flowers

Thanks Yoshi.

Yes, I've had digestive problems and night sweats. Current issue is feeling like a zombie, headaches, and lack of all motivation.
