herbal tablets

hi i take 75mg of citalapram every night but need something through the day can i take any herbal remedies? x

I would discuss this with your GP or pharmacist as they will be able to advise you. Some herbal remedies can have dangerous interactions with ADs so its worth checking with ann expert. The citalopram should still be in your system during the day so if you feel you need more to get you through the day it would be worth discussing with your GP anyway.
