Mind charity

Hi, this may sound silly but I want to email mind charity for personal use, out of curiosity when I email them what am I suppose to do or say? Do I ask for help or do I email them 10 page long book about what's going on? I know I'm probably thinking to much into it but I'm just a little confused

Ask them to provide details of support in your area and state what it is you suffer from, anxiety, depression, etc.
