Just that really. Everything feels sinister and something terrible is going to happen.
I want to leave and never come back.

@Placeanditspatrons - has something happened to make you feel this way?

Scattrercushion · 06/05/2017 20:15

I'm sorry to hear that and I didn't want to read and run.. i'm sure someone better placed to help will be along shortly - if you have any coping practices I hope you can try to use them. Keep posting on here.

Flowers

Has something triggered it or is it completely random?

Are you on any medication?

Placeanditspatrons · 06/05/2017 20:24

It is a feeling that never leaves me but is particularly bad this evening.
It's around my children mainly. Something bad is going to happen to my children.

I'm not medically qualified but have had anxiety and depression in the past. It sounds like a really tough day. Short term- get the kids to bed then try and get some space and call the samaritans. 116 123
Feel better soon.

I know when I'm feeling anxious about my children I either put them in my bed or go into their room. Would this be an option tonight ?

Placeanditspatrons · 07/05/2017 07:26

I'm just so worried about them. I feel like I can't carry on. Like I need to leave before some drastic happens.
I'm with them all the time because I don't trust anyone else to lol after them. I feel like if I let someone help and then something happened to them whilst they weren't with me I'd never forgive myself.
My older dc goes to school but my youngest is nearly 17 months and I've never been away from her. Actually I think I've left her twice for about an hour each time when I had a hospital appointment with my son and when I had an appntment at his school.

Do you have a dp? I've been on my own for 7 years with my dts. I've had to let people help. Although I worry constsntly
