Has anyone fib this home learning programme successfully? Unfortunately I'm at the extreme end of disabling anxiety but wonder if it's worth a go.

Bumping for you. I've not heard of it. Ive found nlp very useful for anxiety related to ptsd. I did course in person but I know the person who does it has online courses. DH is going to do the online version so can let you know what its like.

Hi

Yes I have tried this and Panic Away. And counselling, cbt, mindfulness hypnotherapy, every book out there. I've tried it.

For me out of them all Panic Away was the most effective. Learning breathing techniques helped.

I ended up on medication for 5 years. Which helped. I literally could not function and my world was getting smaller, I was scared if everything.

What have you tried so far. How does your Panic manifest. What are your triggers?

I will try my best to help
