can anyone help I live in rural area of wales ... mental health support lacking , been diagnosed bipolar, given meds and sent on my way ... I'm not joking. So many questions, nowhere to turn ... anyone any experience, anyone with a heart will do, sorry x

I am so sorry. That's a complete lack of proper support. Do you have a follow up appointment?
Is there a relevant charity that could advise? I accessed help online through the NHS. An option?

no follow up appointment, there not even monitoring my meds. I have a support worker, but shes not trained to do anything other than support me, shes lovely thankfully.

I had phone counselling through lets talk 2gether. Yes with a 2!
May be able to help. You're welcome. You do need ongoing support.
