First counselling session

My first go at counselling is tonight & I'm nervous. Don't know what to expect

Don't be nervous they are their to listen to you and what you have gone through. Its not the easiest thing in the world talking to a complete stranger in other ways it helps. Start from the beginning and take it at your pace don't feel rushed or pressured, you'll be fine.
