Stopping ADs and crying

I have been on 150mgs of sertraline for years, but because of nightmares my GP switched me to another AD which didn't work for me, and now I'm not taking anything. I seem to feel good, but I also seem to be crying a lot. And not necessarily because I'm sad, just because I come across someone expressing a strong emotion! Or for unexplainable reasons. I sobbed through a yoga practice at home earlier. No idea what that was about...

I have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, depression and anxiety. Has anyone else with the same/similar diagnosis managed to go medication free?
