I don't want to die :(

I'm a female and I have 4 kids 6,4,4,3months.
I'm 25 years old will be 26 in 10 days.
Every time I think about my age I think I don't want to die I don't want to leave my kids behind I don't want it to end.
Everytime I think about it It feels like I'm going to have a panic attack and want to just ball my eyes out!!!

You are highly unlikely to be leaving then any time soon. Do you have health anxiety?

Op please speak to your health visitor or gp. Whichever you thibk will be more help.

I used to be the same. I'd lie awake at night panicking about death and being nothing.

Had a full on panic attack on a bus once because of it.

I now look after elderly and dying people. It really helps. You get to an age an you're tired and you're ready to go. It becomes kind of beautiful.

But I get how you feel. It's hideous.

I have no advice but I understand you.

Postnatal depression? Talk to GP, Health Viditor, someone.
