If I go to doctors about depression and anxiety will it affect me getting life assurance and a mortgage?

No.
And don't let worrying about that sort of stuff stop you from going.
More important that you get help if you need it.

I don't have a mortgage yet but I do have life assurance - and I have bpd, depression and anxiety. Please don't let these things worry you, it's so much better to get help and support when you're struggling.

I DO have life insurance and a mortgage. I also have BPD, PTSD, anxiety and depression. If you need help, you must get it, regardless. My
mental health has not prevented me getting a mortgage.
