What time do you take yours?

Hiya I was just wondering what time everyone takes their anti depressants. I've started taking them again on a morning and I find by 2pm I'm struggling to keep my eyes open, which isn't good as I work full time. Does anyone take theirs at other times?

I think it depends on which you take, my current one has to be taken morning and night, but the one I was on before I had it recommended by the pharmacist that I take about an hour before bed

I take sertraline 150mg at bed time. I don't think it affects my sleep at all any more, I've been on it a year now. Sometimes I am sleepy all the time and have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning and sometimes I barely sleep at all, but I think that's the cyclothymia rather than the pills!

Lofepramine 2x 70mg in the morning and 1 x 70mg at bedtime

I'm on a low dose of citalopram so I take it first thing as the drowsiness is not so bad. When I took Prozac I had to take it at night because I couldn't keep my eyes open at work otherwise!!
