finally went to see GP

i finally made that step. i tried to cope with PND without seeing the GP. i had before talked to the HV and he was very helpful. i read books on PND, tried to keep busy, tried to eat well etc, but i was gradually getting worse. so DP took me to see the GP and i have been prescribed fluoxetine. i think i will give the ADs go.

the GP was great. he wasn't my usual doctor, but he's at the same surgery. i had put off going mostly because i feel my GP never takes me seriously. i think i will switch to the doctor i saw today.

I take fluoxitine for PND, have been for 12 months, feel ok.
They do take a while to work.
