Help, I know I'm in crisis, currently blasting music through headphones to drown out the thoughts. But I really don't feel well. I know it was coming had suicidal thoughts from the other day, I spoke to the CPN about it.
I've told my husband and have a number I can call if it gets any worse.

Are you with your husband at the moment?

mrsbounceisflat · 10/12/2016 20:07

Yes, he's here and my son is. My husband has the keys to the medicine cabinet which I'm most at risk from, but my he a is in overdrive

That's good that they're with you.
Do you think it would help to ring the number and see if you can talk it through with someone?

mrsbounceisflat · 10/12/2016 20:27

I will ring later if needs must but need to.learn to deal with this.on my own

Glad you have support. Take care.

Glad you have your family with you. You don't need to deal with this onvyour own, thats why they gave you that number to call. It is not a weakness to accept the support on offer Flowers
