Self help book on worry

Can anyone recommend a good self help book on worry and anxiety?

My MIL is a perpetual worrier, not to the extent that it makes her unwell but I do think it impairs her life at times.

She's open to reading something as a starting point. Any recommendations?

Making friends with anxiety by Sarah rayner is good. It explains very well that it's normal to worry and explains how worries can escalate. Very helpful.

Also I learned so much from the book
Sane new world by ruby wax. It's gives many examples and especially useful it teaches you how your brain works and how anxiety is generated.
I found myself much calmer after I'd read the whole book
Hope this helps Flowers

I once has a Mr Men book about Mr Worry.... (lost it sadly)

Don't laugh, underneath the very childlike story there was a great amount of wisdom. It would make a great pressie...
