I was on 10mg Ecitalopram for 28 days and the GP has upped it to 20mg which I started on Friday night. Woke up Saturday and was fine all day with no side effects but yesterday and today I've had morning nausea and I'm wondering whether this is me experiencing side effects again or whether its something else going round
