Over the past few years I have developed severe anxiety over flying, to the point that I haven't flown and have chosen every other method of transport available. I now need to fly around Christmas time, has anyone either been to a Dr and been prescribed something that helped (I have taken Diazepam before and it didn't help) or been to a hypnotist and found that that worked? -or any other recommendations please? I can't stop thinking about the flights and really need to sort myself out! Thank you in advance.
