Was wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom for me? I have always been on the emotional side - quick to cry watching a sad film, advert, minor disagreements or even for completely random things e.g. someone asks me how I am and I start tearing up! How do I stop it? I've tried distraction techniques to no avail. I have always been like this but more recently it has been far worse. I am currently signed off with stress and planning to return to work, but I know as soon as anyone asks me how I am, I will start crying. I'm so embarrassed! How do I stop it?!
