I'm affected with depression and anxiety - could my GP refer me for counselling? I've had CBT in the past, it didn't help a lot though. Thanks.

Counselling, CBT, medication all options that spring to mind immediately

Thanks harder. I might like counselling, I'm not sure though. I worry that I'm not ready yet to drag everything out into the open.

I'm not keen to take medication, but I might re-consider that in future. I'm trying to do all of the things that help me to feel better all of the time - so eating well, getting enough sleep, meditating etc.

I'd like to have a standard set of blood tests done, just in case I've got some kind of deficiency or something Confused.
