I posted a message a while ago (under tommysmama) about feeling depressed, and the panic attacks that I was having.
I got some very good advice but at the time I couldnt face going to the doctor. Eventually, it got really bad, i was having up to 20 a day, sometimes it would literally go on for hours. I couldnt get to sleep as it was happening a lot at night when i was going to bed.
Anyway, it got to a point last thursday where i felt like it was either try to get help or go into hospital, it was that bad.
I went to the doc, and she told me a website to go onto, self help for stress, panic attacks and depression related things.
Since reading the page ONCE i have been completely panic attack free for 6 days now. I cant believe it. I know this wont happen for everyone but it has helped me SO much, I thought I would share it with everyone Self Help Guide

I just wanted to say a big huge thank you to all the mumsnetters who posted on my thread and gave me the advice and courage to realise what was wrong with me and to go and get help. I couldn't have done it without that help.
