thanx for the advice! i came of st johns wart about a week ago and went to the docs, he said i wasnt dp an that i just suffered from panic attacks so has given me some tranquilizers. i have been taking them and although they make my panackin less stressful im terribly depressed again. its not helpin that my partner plays for spain at pool n he is goin away to eng for 10 days i feel like he doewsnt care, i really dont kno what to do
