recovering from bad decisions

Any tips out there? I feel like I'm going mad.

It's about accepting that while the result of the decision you made may not be what you hoped for, you did not make a bad decision - you made the best decision you could at the point you made it, given the circumstances and the information you had. Then you can accept it and yourself and move on.

It isn't easy but beating yourself up and punishing yourself doesn't help. Trying to move on positively, rectify anything you can, learn for the next time , are things that help.
