Are there counsellors who deal with people that find it difficult to make decisions?

A generic counseller should be able to explore that with you. Look for somebody BACP registered (assuming you're in the UK).

I have absolutely crippling indecisive and I had a counsellor who treated it as a form of OCD which really helped. She was an IAPT cut counsellor. A great thing that she did was refusing to engage in discussions on specific dilemmas because that acrually fed into the indecision.
