Dr bach remedy does it work?

Hi ive got court next week really nervous has anyone tried dr bach rescue remedy at all? Been told its really good?

I haven't used it for ages, but I used to, at a time when I had to do lots of oral exams. It was great - I'd take some, and sooner or later I'd realise that I felt much more in control, much calmer, but without having lost any of my sharpness, IYSWIM. I used the drops diluted in water, and I only ever took the recommended amount. Maybe try it before you go to court, some time that you're feeling nervous thinking about it? Good luck.

Took it before a really important interview. It worked. Kept me calm but alert. Worth a go.
