I don't know whether to be concerned or not but over the last few days saying around to myself things like:
"No I can't do this"
"get me out of here"
"I don't want to do this any more"
I have a history of severe depression and anxiety and lately everything is setting me off but on a daily basis and multiple times a day I've had these thoughts thay are now so loud I'm saying them out loud and responding to them.
Should I be concerned or is it part of my depression/anxiety cycle?
