Hi everyone,
Just want to know some ideas on what I can do to help reduce stress whilst I'm pregnant. I'm feeling very stressed with my job, home life and preparing mentally and physically for the baby. I feel as though people around me are saying they're there to support me but I'm not actually getting any support they're just saying it. Is it normal to be feeling really stressed and worried over everything? it's getting to the point now where I don't even cry or get angry I'm just emotionless about everything and don't want to do anything
I suffered with depression for years when I was younger and I'm scared that pregnancy may have triggered a lot of negative emotions to come back. I'm trying to stay positive but I'm finding it really hard. I don't really know where this post is going and is probably more of a rant than anything else!
