I don't know where to start!!
I have had mental health issue from a while starting as PND but leaving me with depression and anxiety issues.
Realised that I am binge eating it's been going on for a long time but only just realise how much of an issue it is recently. Feeling like I can't cope thinking about food, deciding what to eat becomes a major stress for me. Sometimes causes me anxiety attacks.
My depression which I have under control for a while seems to be taking over again.
I just want to be left alone, dealing with every day life is a struggle and I don't want to fight anymore!
Eating crap, can't be bothered exercising and feeling low vicious cycle don't know where to start to tackle it.
