Anxiety and flying

Hi I suffer from anxiety whenever I am in enclosed spaces or can't get out quickly. I have booked a holiday in 2 months time and am terrified! Any tips for getting me through the flight? I have been to the doctors and got some valium and also seen a hypnotherapist and hope this will be enough but can anyone advise anything else?

Many thanks in advance x

Hi thanks for replying. Am thinking about doing the fear of flying course but not actually frightened of flying it's the being enclosed and not being in control:( fingers crossed the valium works!

Thanks again xx
