Does anyone have any experience of beta blockers for anxiety? After a year of living with a genuinely psychotic neighbour, my daughter who has bi polar is now in a new house where she is safe. However, she is very anxious iin the house, even though the horrible neighbour is not there. She is frightened of the new neighbours in case she somehow makes them behave like the old one. Anyway, sertraline is not making much difference and she has now been prescribed beta blockers to take when she gets in from work to slow everything down. Have you had this treatment and did it work?
