I suffer from anxiety generally, which tends to come on every now and then (once a month or so). When I'm suffering I don't sleep. This week has been particularly bad - I've been awake until 4/5am most days and getting up at 7.30am for the school run. I have a huge pit of dread inside and feel terrified but I don't know what about. I've made an appointment with my GP - he's been very reluctant to give me anything in the past and has recommended CBT which helped a bit but doesn't really help in the middle of night. Appointment isn't until the 27th though so doesn't really help now. The more tired I get, the more anxious I am.
