I struggle with anexity and they also say OCD and depression all come together I have two kids and I have tried counciling through nhs and didn't get on with it also had some counciling through my local children centre and had three session then she left but luckily found another councilor :) and meet up with her every week it helps talking and ranting to someone that doesn't know you was doing quite well until last weekend just everything getting on top of me so decided to go see doctor yesterday and they put me on anti depressants the sertraline meant to help with anxiety as well just worried about all side affects now :/ but I can't carry on feeling the way I do :/
Since my aniexity popped up again I have split up with my partner of three half years he got me through a lot of hard times and helped me out of a horrid relationship before and help me through everything to do with that , I feel bit lost don't know how to be myself anymore cause I've always had him to help me through hard places in the last few years and we've always got through together feel like I'm on my own through this don't get me wrong I have few friends that try there hardest to understand what I'm going through how I feel just not the same :/
Just want to here how people get through it or found anything that has helped

Natty, you should feel proud of yourself Smile those things can be so difficult when you're not feeling good. I also have to say, I think it's very impressive that you went to the supermarket yesterday. I still can't do that, I have to send my mum or order online. I'm glad you're starting to feel a bit better anxiety and natty. I'm having an ok day so far today. I'm very tired, but I'm feeling loads better than yesterday. I'm about to tidy the house. My first task is to attempt to hoover the living room without accidentally hoovering up pieces of hidden Lego that I've not seen when tidying up.

mummynatty · 26/06/2016 15:29

I do :) thanks clotted managed to hoover living room today and Hall and stick some washing in just got to wash up pans and oven trays hate :/ so can cook dinner later :) daughter having a nap that's good as she donesnt normally go down for nap at home so get kitchen tidy so can just put tea on bit later and no worry about doing it before tea then it'll be late again :/ good luck with tidying clotted :) at least if you Hoover them up you can pull them out Hoover lol

Just want to ask has anyone ever tried their kids with the form bed guards as just ordered for daughter but worried she might suffocate if she rolls up to it :/ can't have bed guard as bed is too low to floor I just keep waking up and she's sleeping in floor lol
The form bed guard is 13cm high so not too high says it soft so you ca. Sit on it and climb over

What might help your LO not Roll out of bed can be a pillow under the madras - so it is sligthly higher on one side... I did this with my kids.

KirstenRC · 26/06/2016 17:46

I'm on cilalopram after a horrific time coming off seroxat it was awful to come off and was not nice to be on

AnxietySertraline · 26/06/2016 17:51

What day are you on?

Clottedcreamqueen · 26/06/2016 18:47

I'm from the countryside. I live in a little village.
How has everyones days been? After quite a good day, I've reached the evening slump. I've got headache. I think it's all because I'm not sleeping well, by this time in the evening I'm just feeling awful.
Fingers crossed for a good nights sleep tonight.

mummynatty · 26/06/2016 18:50
