does anyone know if this can help with anxiety? does it stop the contraceptive pill working?

I had it for energy, depression and panic attacks and it helped all 3, but I don't know if it might have just helped one which stopped the rest iyswim (giving me more energy stopped the depression & panic attacks/stopping depression gave me energy & stopped attacks etc).

No, no effect on the pill.

Did your doctor tell you it had no effect on the pill or did you find out somewhere else?
